Around 8pm Wednesday, June 21st marine police responded to a report of a vessel on the rocks with an unconscious man aboard at Gibbet Island in Flatts off North Shore Road, Smith’s parish.
On officers arrival the 52 year old man, believed to be from Devonshire, regained consciousness.
Around 5:15pm Thursday, June 15th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported three vehicle collision on Middle Road in Southampton near the junction with South Road.
It appears that a car, taxi and motorcycle were involved.
The car ended up on its side with the driver, believed to be a 54 year old Sandys parish woman, temporarily trapped in the vehicle.
At last check earlier this morning (June 14th) the man injured when the rental cycle he was riding struck a wall around 7:40pm Monday, June 12th on Somerset Road in Sandys parish near the junction with Cambridge Road, had been airlifted overseas for further medical treatment.
The victim, said to be a guest worker, was initially treated in the Intensive Care Unit at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and thought to be 26 years old.
Around 7:40pm Monday, June 12th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle rental cycle crash on Somerset Road in Sandys parish, near the junction with Cambridge Road.
It appears that the rental cycle rider, believed to be a 26 year old male guest worker, struck a wall.
He was transported via ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries and an update on his condition will be provided in due course.
The 35 year old man and 28 year old man injured in an altercation at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital around 5pm Sunday have been treated, discharged and arrested in connection with the incident.
Both men remain in police custody at this time.

Around 2:30am today (Thursday, June 8th) police officers and first responders were dispatched to a reported disturbance on Front Street in the City of Hamilton.
Initial information suggests that a fight involving several individuals occurred in the vicinity of Parliament Street.
At last check earlier this morning (June 6th) the 8 year old boy injured in a motocross cycle crash on West Pembroke Primary School field around 2:25pm Sunday, June 4th was in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

At last check earlier this morning (June 5th) the 8 year old boy injured in a motocross cycle crash on West Pembroke Primary School field around 2:25pm Sunday, June 4th was in critical condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
It is now understood that the boy struck a wall while riding the motocross cycle on the school field.

The public is advised to be vigilant regarding counterfeit Bermuda $50 notes currently in circulation.
Employees are once again advised that if counterfeit cash is detected during a transaction, the member of staff receiving the fake money should hold on to it, note the description of the individual who tendered it and contact police immediately.
At last check earlier this morning (May 30th) the 46 year old male motorcyclist believed to be from Smith’s parish injured in a collision with a truck around 11pm Friday, May 19th on Harrington Sound Road in Smith’s parish near Odyssey Drive, had been airlifted overseas for further medical treatment.
Before being transferred overseas, the injured rider had received treatment at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
