Recovered Firearm - At 2am on Monday 25th July, Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a South Road, Southampton establishment. Police were alerted to a 26 year old Southampton man who was acting suspiciously. At the conclusion of a short vehicle pursuit, the man and his vehicle were detained and searched, following which a loaded firearm was seized. He was arrested and detained pending further police investigations. There were no injuries reported.
Cannabis Plants Seized - Around 8pm on Thursday, police attended the Cedar Park Road, Devonshire area after a report of cannabis cultivation. Officers made a seizure of what are believed to be 15 cannabis plants from an outside area. No arrests were made at the scene. Inquiries into this matter are ongoing.
Missing Juvenile Jahtwon Trott Found - The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 13 year old Jahtwon Trott. The teenager was located during the early hours of this morning safe and well.

After receiving specific information, police attended the Kitchener Close, Sandys parish area this morning and seized a quantity of what are believed to be cannabis plants.
Missing Juvenile Santina Harvey Found - The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 17 year old Santina Harvey. Ms. Harvey returned home Monday evening safe and well.
Burglary
Around 2:50am on Tuesday, Police responded to a report of a burglary at a Patience Avenue, Sandys parish residence. It appears that around 2:40am that day an unknown intruder gained entry into the home and was confronted by the male occupant.
Missing Juvenile: Santina Harvey - Police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 17 year old Santina Harvey.
Ms. Harvey [pictured, click photo to enlarge] has been in contact with her mother but has not returned home since Friday, July 15th.
Police Seize Cannabis Plants - Around 2:30pm on Thursday July 14, Police attended the Tudor Hill, Southampton area
after a report of cannabis cultivation. As a result, officers seized a quantity of what is believed to be cannabis plants [pictured right]. Inquiries are ongoing and members of the public are encouraged to report any suspicious activities in the area to the main Police line at 295-0011.
Sudden Death of David Jevon Saunders - The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 33 year old David Jevon Saunders. Around 11:10am on Wednesday, police and first responders attended a reported medical emergency at a Valley Lane, Sandys parish residence where Mr. Saunders was found in an unresponsive state inside the home. Despite CPR at the scene and being rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance, he was subsequently pronounced dead at 12:03pm. Foul play is not suspected and an autopsy is anticipated in due course. The Bermuda Police Service extends condolences to the family & friends of Mr. Saunders.
Sudden Death - Around 11:10am on Wednesday, police and first responders attended a reported medical emergency at a Valley Lane, Sandys parish residence. A 33 year old Sandys parish man was found in an unresponsive state inside the home. Despite CPR at the scene and being rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance, he was subsequently pronounced dead. No further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified. Foul play is not suspected and an autopsy is anticipated in due course.
Handbag Snatch - Around 3pm on Monday, police attended a reported handbag snatch on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Wilkinson Avenue. It appears that two visitors were riding a rental cycle along North Shore Road when an unknown man on a motorcycle took a bag from the rental cycle’s basket as he rode past. The visitors were not injured. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a black motorcycle with some yellow and red sections. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Burglary - Around 10:20am on Saturday, police attended a reported burglary at a St. George’s restaurant. It appears that sometime between 11:30pm on Friday and 9:45am on Saturday, an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the premises. The culprit(s) stole a quantity of alcohol including bottles of ‘Moscato’ wine, ‘Smirnoff’ vodka, ‘Grey Goose’ vodka and ‘Hennessy’ cognac. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
