Around 10am Wednesday, June 6th police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision at the junction of Middle Road and Corkscrew Hill in Devonshire.
It appears that a motorcyclist and a car driver were traveling in opposite directions on Middle Road when the collision occurred, as the driver of the car attempted to turn on to Corkscrew Hill.
At last check this morning (June 5th) the 23 year old male motorcyclist injured around 10:15pm Sunday, June 3rd in a reported single vehicle crash on Turkey Hill in St. George’s remained in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
Inquiries continue and any witnesses are still asked to call the main police telephone number 295-0011.
Around 10:15pm Sunday, June 3rd police and fellow first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle crash on Turkey Hill in St. George’s.
It appears that the rider involved – believed to be a 23 year old St. George’s man – was hurt after striking a wall.
Police executed two separate search warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act after arresting two men on Court Street on unrelated matters Thursday (May 31st).
As a result a quantity of drugs, cash and jewellery were seized under the auspices of the Proceeds of Crime Act.
At last check this morning (May 31st) the 32 year old female motorcyclist injured in a collision with a car around 8:30am Tuesday, May 29th at the junction of Parsons Road and The Glebe Road in Pembroke remained listed in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

It appears that a motorcyclist was traveling along Parsons Road and a car driver was traveling along The Glebe Road when the collision occurred as the driver of the car attempted to turn on to Parsons Road.
A 30 year old male motorcyclist hurt in a collision with a car around 10:15pm Sunday, May 27th on Point Finger Road in Paget was recovering in hospital this morning.
It appears that the car driver and motorcycle rider were traveling in the same direction when the collision occurred outside the entrance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) can confirm the death of Bermudian national 15 year old Samuel Baker who died as a result of a stabbing incident that took place in South Yorkshire in the UK yesterday. The Bermuda Police Service is presently working with the UK authorities in connection with the investigation.
The BPS extends our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
Detectives are renewing their appeal for witnesses to the non-injury firearm incident that occurred around 1:10am Wednesday, May 16th outside The Docksider Pub and Restaurant in the City of Hamilton, as inquiries continue.
In particular, investigators are interested in speaking with patrons who were at the popular Front Street establishment when the incident occurred.
Around 1:55am Wednesday, May 23rd police officers attended a reported single vehicle car crash on South Road in Paget.
It appears that the driver of the car involved struck a pedestrian crossing light pole in the vicinity of St. Paul’s Lane.
The driver, believed to be a 33 year old Paget man, apparently left the scene prior to police arrival and at this time it is unclear if he sustained any injuries.
