At 1:05 this morning, Police attended a reported serious single vehicle road traffic collision resulting in injury on Glebe Road in Pembroke near Victor Scott Primary School. It appears that the motorcycle was traveling south on Glebe Road when the rider lost control, colliding with the sidewalk.

Breaking & Entering

At 5:35pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Middle Road, Devonshire residence. On arrival an officer spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 9am and 5:10pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her apartment. The culprit stole a PlayStation 2 game system, 35 PlayStation games and several items of jewelry.

Assault

At 12:35 this morning, Police attended a reported assault at Henry VIII Restaurant & Bar on South Road in Southampton. On arrival officers spoke with the victim, a 24 year old man, who stated that while dancing at the establishment an argument took place between himself and the suspect. The suspect then punched the 24 year old in the face and left the scene on foot.

Around 12:50 this morning, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish, near the junction with Abbott's Cliff Road involving two auxiliary cycles. It appears that one auxiliary cycle was traveling east on North Shore Road and the other was traveling in the opposite direction.

Around 3:40pm on Thursday, Police were conducting laser speed checks on Middle Road in Southampton near the Port Royal Golf Course when a man on a motorcycle traveling east was clocked at 57 km/h. A Police motorcyclist pursued and stopped the rider, a 44 year old Pembroke man, and informed him of the offence.

Around 7:40pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Tee Street and Middle Road in Devonshire, involving a car and a Police motorcycle.

At 2:40 this morning, Police attended a reported single vehicle damage only road traffic collision on South Road in Devonshire, near the junction with Tee Street. It appears that the car (a Nissan Sentra) was traveling east on South Road when the driver lost control attempting to negotiate a right hand bend, colliding with the Demco Florist building on the opposite side of the road.

Around 3:20 this morning, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Sharon Lane, Pembroke residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that around 3:15am he awoke after hearing noises outside the back door. When he went to investigate, he discovered an unknown man attempting to gain entry into his home.

At 8:05 this morning, Police attended a report of a theft from an unattended vehicle. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 10pm on Thursday and 6:30am on Friday, an unknown culprit gained entry into her car, which was parked outside her Morgan Road, Warwick residence. The culprit stole $950 in cash and 15 pounds sterling in cash.
